The first lady helped build a playground at the Imagine Southeast Public
Charter School in Washington, D.C., wearing khaki pants, a yellow
cardigan, and metallic flats. She then hosted the Congressional Picnic
on the South Lawn of the White House in a crisp striped dress from
Talbots, which she accessorized with red flats and simple stud earrings
