Wear it inside / outside, according to the name I/O, you’ll have cozy warmth and itch-free comfort from the inside-out when you’re wearing the I/O Bio Merino Scoop Pullover for women. Made from 100% merino wool, this pullover sweater is lightweight and fitted for warmth as a stand-alone top or as a base layer under your snowboard jacket. So adorable you’ll never want to cover it up, the I/O Bio Scoop Pullover sweater is designed for performance but has been taken over by urban style.
The days of pulling your favorite sweater from the wash, only to find it more suitable for a Chihuahua, may be over. Newly developed processes for wool production promise not only an unshrinkable sweater, but one that is silky smooth and shinier to boot.
The new process, called "bio-polishing," was developed by the Agricultural Research Service branch of the USDA. Bio-polishing uses a series of chemical and enzyme treatments to provide smoother and softer wool than by conventional methods.
In the first step, researchers bleached the wool with activated peroxide. The peroxide whitens the wool and removes a protective layer from the fiber.

Constructed of Luxury Vosges Terry fabric, the piece's smooth exterior resists aging while hook and loop inside floats off your skin.  These Natural merino fabric tights are breathable, itch free and do not stink. They're also a little heavier for better insulating warmth. No clammy feeling here! Our advanced fabric technology manages moisture, insulates when wet, and dries quickly. The back of the tight is seamless and smooth to slide effortlessly into ski, snowbaord, or any boot you can think of.

If you're looking for an extra layer that's not too hot for your bike ride/run/walk on a chilly morning, this is a great article of clothing to have. If you get a little sweaty the wool wicks away the moisture while keeping you warm. The sleeves and back are long enough to keep your arms and lower back covered while stretched out or hunched over on your bicycle. The hood is not very bulky and easily fits under your helmet if you want to keep your ears warm.
Bought this sweater for myself, my daughter and granddaughter. Each of us love it for its comfort, fit and color combination: bright green with magenta lining. I have recently also purchased additional I/O Bio Merino gear for my granddaughter and she loves each piece.
This hoodie is awesome though. I have really sensitive skin so if the material is the least bit scratchy, my skin turns red and itchy very quickly. Although this is a hoodie, it's so soft that I could wear it against my bare skin and know that I won't itch at all!

One of the many great things about sweaters is that they are so easily dressed up or down. Wear a sweater with your best trousers or skirt for work, and transition into weekend mode by pairing it with your favorite pair of jeans. When it comes to weekend wear, some of the best sweaters are draped, flyaway styles that are frequently seen on today’s hottest and most stylish celebrities. Layer ruffled fly away sweaters over a basic tee, or get the most out of your summer tank tops – even in cold weather – by wearing under a cardi.
For those extra cold weekend days, you may want to trade in your cardigan for a cozy, cable knit turtleneck sweater. If you are looking for a little more glam in a pullover style, try cowl necks, dolman-sleeved styles or sexy, form-fitting V-neck sweaters.
As you prepare your closet for the cold months ahead, be sure to stock up on sweaters of all kinds. From basic cardigans to sexy pullovers, from work to play - there is a sweater for every occasion.

Add Dimension to Your Wardrobe
Cardigan sweaters are an essential layering piece for both work and weekend activities alike. For work, cardigans can be perfectly paired with sleek dress pants or a skirt. For many women, their go-to work cardigan is a traditional button down style in a solid color. Blacks, whites, and grays pair perfectly with everything, but a cardigan in a brighter hue or even an argyle print can also go great with just about anything, and it is an excellent way to bring a splash of color into your everyday work wear. Also look for knit-shrugs and charmeuse cardigans with ruffled trim or belts for added interest.

My name is Samuel E. Barsky. I live in Baltimore, the city where I was raised most of my childhood. I am married with no children at the moment. I studied nursing in college, but in 1999, I dropped out after two semesters of the nursing program, which ultimately led to a new door being opened in my life.
I started knitting that same year, though I had wanted to from a long time beforehand. Throughout the 1990s, I tried teaching myself how to knit from books without any success. I tried signing up for adult education courses in various places, but they were all canceled due to low enrollment, which often was just one person - me.
I finally got my chance to learn how to knit while at the flea market one Sunday, I met a group of women who owned a yarn shop and were selling their yarn. I asked how I could learn how to knit, and the said they would teach me under the condition I would buy yarn from them. They taught me basic knitting.
I later found another yarn shop in the Baltimore area, and the owner taught me how to turn my knitting into a sweater. I learned from her how to make a solid-colored sweater. To make a long story short, I have fulfilled my debt to both shops. But I will move on and tell you everything else.
